ReplyDeleteWell I am Jo, a friend of Carol's who works together with her in Switzerland. We got to know each other as examiners for Cambridge University and our common link is that we actually went to the same school in Lincoln. At the time it was known as South Park High School for girls . I think it was a very happy time and I would never swap my school days with anyone. Recently Carol and I had to examine students taking their English exam for the Matura ( Swiss leaving exam) We laughed again as we remembered having English lessons with the same teacher at school. Yes , school was definitely great in Lincoln and I hope you all our enjoying our part of the world where people laugh a lot. I hope Carol lets you laugh too !!!
